Are you ready for some hot competition? Pawmetto Lifeline is giving Carolina and Clemson fans a chance to show their spirit while adopting a furry football-watching companion at a reduced fee.
With USC and Clemson playing their season opener football games, we thought it was time for a Cat Adoption rematch!! When we had our scrimmage showdown a couple of months ago, we ended with the same number of orange and black cats getting adopted. It was a win for them and their new families, but the remaining kitties here insisted on a tie breaker.
So once again - for a limited time - you can adopt one of these fabulous cats at a special promotional adoption fee based on the score of last fall’s Carolina-Clemson football match. Any adult orange cat’s fee is only $17 (the points scored by Clemson) and any adult black cat is only $34 (USC’s points).

How it Works
Pawmetto Lifeline will be open for potential adopters 1pm to 5pm each day Sept. 2-12, except for Wednesday. The first step in adopting is to fill out an application. You can do that once you get here or you can download it here. You can fax or email it in to get pre-approved if you like. If you have a particular cat you're interested in, write its name at the top of the application. Once you are approved, you can visit the cat room and see which of our wonderful kitties is the best fit for you and your family. Kittens and other cats not pictured here are available at the regular $100 fee.
